Public Trust Role Overview We are seeking a Logistics Business Process Integrator with experience in medical logistics data analysis, data migration and validation, business process improvement, and federal government environments. The ideal candidate will support the LogiCole implementation by analyzing transactional data, validating migration activities, documenting data lineage, supporting Agile planning, and collaborating with Government Leads, Product Owners, development teams, and data teams. Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze medical logistics data, transactional schemas, and external communications to support migration, conversion, and modernized reporting
  • Perform pre and post migration data validation to verify accuracy and completeness
  • Identify and process automated data migration validation business rules
  • Document and research data lineage, data authority, and data usage across value streams
  • Lead and support project management activities for the LogiCole implementation
  • Support multiple MVCs throughout the LogiCole implementation lifecycle
  • Optimize workflows for system generated recommendations, messages, and alerts
  • Collaborate with Government Leads and Product Owners to identify and propose improvement strategies
  • Support strategic and business process improvement initiatives across the program
  • Plan Team Agile Interval scope and velocity to meet requirement determinations
  • Support Agile Interval planning activities and track dependencies
  • Troubleshoot legacy system issues alongside development and data teams
  • Analyze operational outcomes, improvements, and costs using data visualization and statistical methods
  • Support data migration, conversion, reporting, and modernization activities
  • Communicate analysis, findings, recommendations, and project status to stakeholders Required Skills
  • Medical logistics data analysis and interpretation
  • Experience working with transactional schemas to support migration, conversion, and reporting
  • Experience performing pre and post migration data validation
  • Experience identifying and processing automated data migration validation business rules
  • Experience documenting data lineage, authority, and usage across value streams
  • Experience with Agile Interval planning, including scope, velocity, and requirements delivery
  • Experience using data visualization and statistical methods to communicate outcomes, improvements, and costs
  • Experience troubleshooting legacy systems in collaboration with development and data teams
  • Federal government management consulting or business analysis experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills
  • DoD medical logistics or equivalent supply chain experience
  • Familiarity with LogiCole or comparable medical logistics applications
  • Experience with Agile or SAFe delivery in a federal government environment
  • Experience supporting data migration and modernization programs
  • Experience with business process improvement and workflow optimization Expected Deliverables
  • Pre and post migration validation reports and business rules documentation
  • Data lineage, authority, and usage documentation
  • Reporting on operational outcomes, improvements, and costs
  • Workflow optimization recommendations for system generated alerts and messages
  • Business process improvement analyses and proposed strategies
  • Agile Interval planning artifacts, including scope, velocity, and dependency tracking
  • LogiCole implementation materials, including MVC tracking, project status updates, and stakeholder communications
  • Legacy system issue triage and root cause analysis documentation Education Requirement Post secondary education or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
