3019044481-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Ryder System is seeking an Outbound Logistics Engineer to design and optimize end-to-end outbound transportation and warehousing solutions for leading brands. In this role, you will analyze shipment, routing, and distribution data to improve cost, service, and asset utilization across North American networks. You'll configure and support TMS/WMS tools, build KPIs and dashboards, and collaborate with operations, carriers, and customers to implement improvements. Responsibilities Design and optimize outbound transportation and distribution networks for key customers. Analyze shipment, routing, and warehouse data to improve cost, service, and utilization. Configure and support TMS/WMS solutions to enable efficient outbound flows. Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reports to track logistics performance. Collaborate with operations, carriers, and customers on solution design and implementation. Lead continuous improvement projects using lean and data-driven methods. Support RFPs, pricing models, and proposals with outbound logistics analysis. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and Ryder quality standards.
