Define strategies for monthly WIP setting, production target, so as to achieve globally set target of inventories days-on-hand (for ingot, WIP and Finished goods) Determine equipment capacity by applying time studies, under consideration of material flow details and process- and product influences. Focus on identifying potential improvements regarding capacity and material flow Define and update the strategy regarding yield and process time variation in order to ensure fulfillment of customer demand. Schedule ingot growing according to product mix and puller capacities Plan and execute ingot deliveries to international sites Make adjustments to the starts and ingot growing plans to manage changes in specs requirements
