Salad and Go is seeking a Demand Planning Analyst who will be responsible for forecasting demand across restaurant locations and production facilities to optimize inventory, minimize waste, and ensure seamless operations. This role involves analyzing sales trends, seasonality, and market data to develop accurate demand plans that align with business goals. The analyst collaborates closely with supply chain, operations, and culinary teams to balance production capacity with restaurant needs, ensuring the right ingredients and products are available at the right time. Additionally, they refine forecasting models, monitor performance metrics, and recommend adjustments to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness across the supply chain.. As the Demand Planning Analyst , you will: Engineering graduate degree with a focus on Industrial Engineering/Statistics Experience with applying statistical methods to real world situations Knowledge of R or Python and SQL is a must Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including VBA and VBS scripting Knowledge of Tableau is a must Knowledge in inventory management including safety stocks, PAR levels is a must Knowledge in Lean-Six Sigma, Supply Chain Management and inventory management is a plus Knowledge in Regression Analysis, Time Series Forecasting and/or Data mining is a must Passionate about process optimization Can-do attitude and motivated to identify areas of improvement and work to find solutions Ability to work independently as well on a team Knowledge of Microsoft applications, including

SharePoint Minimum Requirements:
