DESCRIPTION
The Senior Supply Chain Analyst supports the Business Unit Supply Chain team through instrument planning and distribution requirements planning (DRP) activities to ensure reliable product availability and effective inventory deployment across the distribution network. This role is responsible for analyzing demand and supply trends, supporting inventory optimization, maintaining planning data, and providing insights that drive operational performance and customer satisfaction. The position works cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Commercial, Logistics, and Finance teams to support business objectives and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Support instrument supply planning activities by analyzing demand forecasts, supply plans, inventory positions, and capacity constraints. Execute and maintain Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) processes to support effective deployment of finished instruments across regional distribution centers. Monitor instrument inventory levels and recommend actions to balance product availability, customer service, and inventory investment. Analyze supply and demand trends to identify potential risks, shortages, excess inventory, and service impacts. Generate and maintain supply chain performance metrics, including inventory levels, service performance, forecast accuracy, and deployment effectiveness. Support monthly

planning activities through data collection, reporting, and analysis. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement, Commercial, Logistics, and Finance teams to support planning decisions and resolve supply chain issues. Assist with new instrument product introductions, product transitions, and end-of-life planning activities. Support Oracle Cloud and other planning system processes by maintaining planning parameters, validating data, and assisting with system improvements. Utilize analytics and reporting tools to provide insights that support planning and operational decision-making. Identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in Practical Process Improvement (PPI) initiatives. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, Analytics, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning, distribution planning, inventory management, or operations. Experience supporting supply planning, deployment planning, or DRP processes. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools. Experience working with ERP/MRP systems and planning applications. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across functions. Preferred Qualifications Experience with instrument, capital equipment, or manufactured product supply chains. Experience with Oracle Cloud, SAP, Kinaxis, or similar planning platforms. Familiarity with
S&OP / IBP
processes. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools.
APICS/ASCM
certification (CPIM, CSCP) preferred. Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives, Lean, Six Sigma, or PPI methodologies. Compensation and Benefits The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $83,300.00 - $111,000.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
