Supply Chain Analyst Tulare County | $75,000 – $85,000 Our client, a growing food manufacturing company, is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join their team. This is a newly created position supporting production planning, inventory analysis, and operational decision-making. Stable, privately held company with more than 60 years of success Growing organization experiencing double-digit growth Strong culture with high employee retention Opportunity to help build processes and make an impact Full healthcare benefits, 401k match, and great PTO plan Key Responsibilities Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly production planning and scheduling Monitor production performance against schedules and identify risks or deviations Analyze inventory levels and support inventory planning initiatives Coordinate with procurement, warehousing, quality, production, and sales teams Identify bottlenecks, scheduling inefficiencies, and operational constraints Prepare reports and provide recommendations to improve throughput and service levels Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) activities and forecasting efforts Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, inventory analysis, operations analysis, or a related field Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables Experience with Power BI is a plus SQL experience preferred Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field preferred Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and work independently Strong analytical and problem-solving skills If you enjoy working with data, solving operational challenges, and helping drive business performance, we would like to speak with you.
