Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain operations and ensuring efficient and effective delivery of products to our customers. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

Duties:

Continuously review all aspects of the supply chain by analyzing current methodologies and processes and improve on any shortfalls. Oversee our Amazon replenishment programs. Verify and analyze inventories across all locations based on thresholds or forecasted data and raise red flags if necessary. Report inventory levels to senior management on a weekly basis. Work with Manufacturing schedulers for planning purposes. Work with the entire Operations team on new product launches. Oversee the replenishment and day to communication of our 3PL's. Work with the warehouses on planned transfers and receipts of said transfers. Work with the Senior Director of Operations on executing and delivering on KPI's. Work with Senior Management on ways to minimize excess spend. Work with the Logistics Manager on imports/exports. Oversee the data behind our repack operations. Work with the Sales Directors and analysts on their forecasted sales and promotions.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and practices
• Proficiency in Google Docs, Excel and other MS Office Applications.
• Experience with demand planning and forecasting
• Netsuite or other ERP software experience is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex data sets
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
