La poste en détail Supply Chain Improvements & Cost Optimization Responsible for conducting end-to-end supply chain analysis across inbound logistics, warehousing, inventory management, and outbound distribution to identify opportunities for operational efficiency, cost reduction, and service enhancement.

Key responsibilities:

Analyze inbound transportation, supplier performance and lead times to identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities. Evaluate warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, storage utilization, and order fulfillment performance to improve operational efficiency. Monitor outbound transportation performance, deliveries efficiencies, freight spend and customer service metrics to reduce logistics costs and enhance service levels. Take ownership to identify risks, opportunities and performance gaps across the end-to-end supply chain organization. Perform root-cause analysis on supply chain disruptions, inventory shortages, excess inventory and service failures. Develop, maintain and enhance KPIs, dashboards, scorecards and performance reports to support data-driven decision-making across the supply chain. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and recommending process changes that enhance productivity and improve overall supply chain performance. Partner with suppliers, logistics providers, warehouse operations, customer service, and planning teams to identify and implement sustainable improvements.
