Job Description
The Demand Generation and Digital Strategy Manager will own how marketing generates pipeline across our portfolio of products, evolve our digital ecosystem and build the measurement system the executive team uses to evaluate marketing performance. This role will also play a key part in shaping how Swisslog Healthcare shows up across demand generation, digital experiences, and buyer engagement. The right person has built a modern, pipeline-first demand engine before. You are fluent in attribution, comfortable in Salesforce, and at home in a CFO conversation about marketing ROI. You bring strategic clarity, operational rigor, and the ability to lead through ambiguity.
Responsibilities:
Pipeline generation. Set the demand strategy, the channel mix, and the campaign plan that delivers our marketing-sourced pipeline target. Build the pipeline math (ACV, conversion, sales cycle, source mix) and refresh it every quarter against the data Strategy & Execution. Own the global or enterprise-level demand generation and digital marketing function, defining integrated strategies across paid media, ABM, SEO, email, webinars, content syndication, website, and distributors and partner with digital and web team to optimize the website conversion experience as part of a connected demand ecosystem. Drive experimentation and continuous optimization across digital programsABM Leadership:
Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing strategies in close partnership with Sales, including target account selection, orchestration, and measurement Performance & Reporting. Build dashboards and reporting that tie program activity to pipeline creation, opportunity generation, and revenue by source, channel ROI, and campaign effectiveness. Pipeline acceleration. Build motions that move opportunities through long sales cycles, keep the buying group engaged, and shorten time-to-close Partner across the revenue function. Work shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales Directors, Product Marketing and Global Leaders to generate a deep pipeline. Build the team and the agency strategy. Lead the demand gen function, and shape the agency footprint that supports it. Evaluate, optimize, and rationalize partners aligned to pipeline outcomesRequirements:
8+ years of B2B demand generation experience, with at least five years in a leadership seat. You have owned a demand engine end to end, not just executed inside one A pipeline-first operating mindset. You believe new opportunity creation is the metric that matters, and you can talk about why with conviction and specifics from your own experience Fluent in Salesforce, comfortable with multi-touch attribution, and experienced with intent platforms like 6sense, Demandbase, or Influ2 in a real campaign context A digital strategy operator's toolkit. Deep fluency in paid media, content syndication, ABM, website conversion Cross-functional leadership. Demonstrated success partnering with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing teams. AI-native operator. You use AI agents as part of how you and your teamwork, not as a side project. You compress research, drafting, analysis, and reporting where AI helps, and bring senior judgment where it does not. You have a point of view on how AI changes what good demand generation looks like Salary range for this position is $96,000 - $115,000. Salary will be commensurate with experience and skillset.
