Job Description

I. Job Summary The Supply Chain Intern will support WM's Supply Chain team by assisting with vendor management, data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. This internship provides hands-on exposure to supplier governance, procurement workflows, and cross-functional collaboration. The intern will work closely with Supply Chain leadership and internal partners to help improve visibility, efficiency, and cost management across managed supplier programs. II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support supplier and vendor management activities, including data gathering, documentation tracking, and follow-up on open items.
  • Assist with data analysis and reporting related to spend, pricing, service coverage, and supplier performance.
  • Maintain and update trackers, dashboards, and reports used for internal reviews and leadership updates.
  • Prepare summaries, presentations, and meeting materials, including notes and action-item logs.
  • Coordinate with internal partners such as Operations, Finance, Legal, Accounts Payable, and Vendor Operations.
  • Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support ad hoc projects and provide general Supply Chain team support as needed.

Education and Experience Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Finance, Analytics, or a related field V. The expected base pay range for this hybrid position is $16-19.50. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
