The Company's product lines focus on several different models for each individual patient monitoring market. We continue to bring innovation to this market segment by introducing our innovative products. Digicare has a global presence and products are used worldwide.
Job Summary:
Digicare Biomedical is seeking a Materials & ERP Coordinator to keep materials, information, and people in sync across our operation. This role sits between hands-on material handling and full systems ownership: rather than spending most of the day physically moving equipment, the coordinator tracks shipments and stock levels, follows up on transaction errors and discrepancies in our ERP/MRP system (NetSuite), and acts as the connective tissue between the warehouse floor, purchasing, service/production, and quality/compliance. The ideal candidate is comfortable reading a spreadsheet or an ERP report as easily as they are following up with a vendor or a warehouse handler and takes ownership of making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities:
Materials Coordination Schedule and track incoming and outgoing shipments of biomedical equipment, parts, and components. Coordinate with purchasing on order status, lead times, and expedited requests. Coordinate with service and production teams to ensure materials are available and staged when needed. Monitor bin locations and stock levels; flag shortages, excess inventory, or slow-moving items. Support cycle count planning and follow up on discrepancies identified by material handlers. ERP/MRP System Coordination Monitor open transactions, receipts, transfers, and work orders in NetSuite; follow up on errors, delays, or missing data. Serve as the day-to-day point of contact between material handlers and the Materials & ERP Lead for system-related questions. Help maintain accurate item records, bills of materials (BOMs), and bin/location data. Assist with testing and training during ERP implementation phases, as directed by the Materials & ERP Lead. Work closely with the ERP/MRP Implementation Lead throughout implementation and rollout phases, providing floor-level materials context, flagging real-world workflow issues, and helping validate that new processes hold up in daily use. Generate routine reports on inventory accuracy, open orders, and materials flow for leadership review. Cross-Functional Communication Act as a liaison between the warehouse floor, purchasing, repair/production, and quality/compliance teams. Communicate status updates, delays, and discrepancies clearly and promptly to the relevant stakeholders. Document recurring issues and suggest process improvements to the Materials & ERP Lead.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science. Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or a related field is a plus 2+ years of experience in materials or inventory coordination, warehouse operations, or supply chain support. Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems required; NetSuite experience strongly preferred. Comfortable interpreting and troubleshooting inventory or transaction discrepancies. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple open items and follow-ups at once. Clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable coordinating across departments and with outside vendors. Experience in a medical device, biomedical, or other regulated manufacturing environment is a plus. Basic comfort handling computer hardware and electronic components, given the nature of the equipment involved.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
On-site presence in South Florida is expected to support implementation workshops, user training, testing, and manufacturing operations. May require occasional evening or weekend work during system testing, cutover, go-live, NetSuite releases, or critical issue resolution. May require occasional coordination outside normal U.S. business hours with Digicare Brazil and the NetSuite implementation partner. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and use a computer for the majority of the workday. Regular time on the warehouse floor in addition to desk/computer work; ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Ability to work at a computer for extended periods, including report generation and ERP monitoring. Ability to move throughout the warehouse and office areas as needed to coordinate with teams.
