IMPORTANT
On-site position (Key Biscayne, FL) Key Responsibilities Support sales activities including invoicing, quotes, confirmations, and customer follow-ups. Act as the main link between sales, suppliers, and logistics partners Sourcing - quote and negotiate prices from overseas or international suppliers Product costing sheets based on the actual costs Stock management Quote and coordinate domestic & international shipments with carriers and various storage facilities. Track loads, deliveries, and documentation through completion (inbound / outbound) Manage and dispatch samples to customers Manage logistics paperwork (BOLs, invoices, export docs as applicable) Resolve delivery issues, discrepancies, claims and any customer deduction (billback) Maintain accurate customer, vendor, shipment, and trade records Qualifications Bachelor's degree in logistics or business (preferred) Experience with US Customs, FDA/USDA import and labeling regulations preferred, but not a must. Must be able to speak, write, read, and understand English (a second language is a plus) Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously Strong communication skills (customers, vendors, internal team) Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to travel 10%, on average, to attend 3-5 short Trade Shows per year.
