Job Description

Job Overview The Supply Chain Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials, products, and information across the supply chain. This position is responsible for demand forecasting, inventory planning, supply planning, and supporting cross-functional initiatives to optimize service levels, reduce costs, and improve overall supply chain performance. Responsibilities Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and input from sales and marketing teams. Analyze inventory levels and recommend adjustments to optimize stock levels and minimize excess or obsolete inventory. Support supply planning activities by aligning production and procurement plans with demand forecasts. Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and sales teams to ensure alignment across the supply chain. Monitor and report on key supply chain metrics such as forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, and service levels. Identify and resolve supply and demand imbalances, capacity constraints, and other planning issues. Utilize planning tools and ERP systems to manage data and generate actionable insights. Participate in S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) processes and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in supply chain management or logistics roles, preferably in a senior capacity. Proficiency in SAP ERP systems (GP a plus); experience with SQL is highly desirable. Experience with GP, SalesPad and PowerBI, with the ability to run reports within these platforms Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and root cause analysis techniques. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across departments. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
