We cater logistics strategies and processes to our customers' needs by utilizing the latest information systems and advanced technologies. Summary The Senior Analyst, BD & Asset Management Team, is responsible for supporting the management, maintenance tracking, and operational visibility of chassis and trailer assets through maintenance coordination, GPS monitoring, and asset data administration. This role oversees asset-related accounts receivable and payable (AR/AP) processes, maintains asset life cycle records, and supports reporting activities to ensure asset availability, cost control, operational efficiency, and data integrity. The position serves as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, vendors, and field operations to support effective asset management and business continuity. Responsibilities Register maintenance requests for chassis and trailers and monitor repair progress through completion. Coordinate repair schedules with vendors and update asset status upon completion of maintenance activities. Monitor real-time chassis and trailer locations through GPS tracking systems and identify idle, misplaced, or extended-dwell assets. Track and record asset movements across ports, terminals, yards, and repair facilities to maintain operational visibility. Maintain inspection schedules and support preventive maintenance planning to maximize asset utilization and reliability. Organize, maintain, and update maintenance history, repair records, and asset condition information within asset management systems. Ensure compliance with internal control requirements related to asset transactions, status changes, and asset movements. Support documentation, verification, and system entry of repair expenses, transportation costs, and other asset-related records. Process and reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable (AR/AP) transactions associated with asset management activities. Prepare and distribute daily and weekly asset status reports to support operational decision-making and asset oversight. Compile and analyze weekly and monthly reports related to asset utilization, repair activity, maintenance costs, and operational trends. Maintain and update key asset data, including registration information, location records, and asset status details. Support invoice tracking, validation, and document uploads within designated internal systems. Provide administrative and operational support to management to facilitate efficient departmental execution. Assist with special projects, process improvement initiatives, and other assignments supporting team objectives.
