Business Analyst II - Process Management ? Milan, IL (Onsite) ? $30.00/hr ? 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM ?? Travel Required (Canada, Indiana, and Illinois) Are you passionate about improving business processes, supporting operations, and helping teams adopt new technology? We are seeking a Smart Connected Warehouse (SCW) Analyst for a contract opportunity supporting warehouse transformation initiatives. This role will focus on implementing and supporting warehouse management systems, training end users, and driving continuous process improvements across warehouse operations. Responsibilities Support warehouse operations and warehouse management system implementations. Create training materials, work instructions, and user documentation. Train warehouse office and floor personnel on new processes and systems. Troubleshoot system and process issues during and after implementation. Document current and future-state business processes. Work closely with operations, engineering, IT, and project teams to support process improvements. Assist with identifying risks, issues, and opportunities for operational improvements. Gather, analyze, and report data to support business decisions. Support stakeholder engagement and communication throughout projects. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience. At least 1 year of experience working in operations, manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or engineering environments. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Experience creating documentation, reports, or training materials. Ability to work onsite in Milan, IL and travel as needed. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in warehouse operations, distribution, or supply chain environments. Experience supporting WMS, ERP, SAP, or other operational systems. Experience training employees on processes, systems, or best practices. Background in business analysis, process improvement, change management, or project support. Experience supporting manufacturing or warehouse operations.
