Job Description

Job Summary Plans, organizes, and executes production schedules for assigned product lines to achieve maximum customer satisfaction levels and "on-time" shipments. Essential Duties & Responsibilities 1.Coordinates and participates in cycle counts and reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy. 2.Investigates inventory loss of inventory in warehouse locations. 3.Completes interplant transfers as assigned. 4.Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements 1.High School Diploma or GED (Associate's Degree in Business or a related discipline is preferred) 2.2 to 4 years of progressive manufacturing experience 3.Experience with computerized material requirements planning is preferred) 4.Able to maintain certification for using a stand-up forklift. 5.Strong knowledge, skills, and abilities in the following areas: a.

Knowledge and basic understanding of the use and purpose of Bill of Materials and routings b.

Mathematical and analytical skills c.

Problem solving and conflict resolution skills d.

Organizational and planning skills e.

Computer skills — proficiency using standard business software, and intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel (Access and Crystal Reports skills are preferred) f.

Knowledge, basic understanding, and proficiency using the Plex system g.

Written and verbal communications skills h.

Interpersonal skills — to confidently interact with individuals at all levels of authority, and maintaining composure in confrontational, sensitive, and pressure situations The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $68,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined by location, skills, experience, qualifications, and the career level at which the position is filled.
