We are looking for a Logistics Analyst who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about improving logistics, warehouse, and inventory operations. This onsite role offers the opportunity to support daily operations, improve processes, and help ensure strong service, safety, and performance in a warehouse and manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Lead daily logistics and warehouse activities from order readiness through shipment completion. Oversee inventory accuracy, material movement, staging, and warehouse organization. Partner with Customer Service and Warehouse teams to prioritize orders and meet customer delivery requirements. Coordinate with transportation providers to support timely pickups and reliable service. Monitor operational performance, resolve bottlenecks, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, cost, and inventory accuracy. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field. Several years of experience in logistics, transportation, distribution, warehouse, and inventory operations. Hands-on experience with inventory management, inventory accuracy, material control, and warehouse processes. Knowledge of transportation, shipping processes, carrier management, and regulatory requirements. Experience with enterprise resource planning systems and process improvement initiatives. Strong leadership, communication, organization, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
