Job Description Position Summary:
Responsible for coordinating materials to support MRO operations, including receiving inbound materials, issuing and tracking materials to jobs, cycle counting, logistics tracking, and material usage analysis.
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Receive inbound materials into the company ERP system
  • Issue materials to jobs on the production floor
  • Periodically maintain shelf-life limited materials
  • Periodic stock checks to maintain accuracy
  • Conduct weekly cycle counts
  • Analyze pre and postproduction material usage
  • Track inbound international shipments
  • Coordinate outbound and inbound exchange components
  • Have strict attention to detail to ensure compliance within aerospace standards
  • Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
Job Requirements Education, Knowledge and Skills:
Organization, Planning, Time Management, Communication, Inventory Control, Documentation Skills, Dependability, High School Diploma. But what else? (advantages, specific features, etc.)
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach and move about the facility. Candidates should be able to adapt to a traditional warehouse environment. Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds and comply with OSHA standards. Safety glasses and ear plugs, or ventilation masks may be required while performing a specific task.
