Job Summary The Logistics Analyst provides support, analysis and completes tactical routing to ensure planned work is accurate, timely, and designed to achieve operational goals. This is a cross functional, analytical planning role working in Distribution, Vending, Merchandising and Sales Planning. Job Responsibilities Execute the strategic operational plans through daily tactical operations within DSD Planning across multiple functions, delivering positive business results using technology associated with the planning process. Perform regular audits and strategic analysis of data integrity, planning session quality, and process compliance to support effective and efficient planning. Provides solutions as subject matter experts by analyzing data and collaborating to develop processes and methods to improve performance internally and externally. Collaborates and communicates with field team leadership on education and adherence of planning processes and procedures. Participate in projects that transform and continuously improve planning functions to support overall company objectives. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred. High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of two years of work experience. Experience in logistics planning or analytical experience required. Experience preferred with systems including SAP, LEO, VendSmart, GreenMile, Forms.com, Merlin, and Microsoft Suite. Capability to manage needs and concerns of multiple stakeholders across various areas. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills with timely follow-up. Must have strong analytical skills and the ability to work with mathematical concepts. 15% travel required within Heartland territory.

Pay:
