Job Description/Responsibilities Supply Chain Join our Supply Chain team and help ensure the accuracy and financial integrity of inventory across our distribution network. As an Inventory Control Analyst, you will manage inventory reconciliation, reporting, and analysis across bailment and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) locations while identifying opportunities to simplify and automate processes. This role partners closely with Inventory Planning, Accounting, IT, Commercial Operations, customers, and third-party partners to improve data accuracy, resolve inventory discrepancies, and strengthen inventory controls. What You'll Do Manage monthly inventory reconciliations across bailment, VMI, and vendor locations, investigating discrepancies and driving corrective actions. Analyze inventory performance and provide exception-based reporting across inventory levels, invoicing, credits, out-of-stocks, and related supply chain metrics. Partner with Inventory Planning, Accounting, IT, customers, and third-party partners to improve inventory accuracy, reporting, and process execution. Develop and maintain tools and reporting that improve visibility and ensure timely, accurate inventory and financial data. Identify opportunities to streamline and automate inventory, reconciliation, invoicing, and reporting processes while implementing supply chain best practices.
