Job Description

Acara Solutions is looking for a Logistics Analyst to work with our client in Malta, NY. No experience required, onsite training is provided!!
Schedule:
Monday
  • Friday (8am
  • 5pm)
Compensation:
$25.00/hour

  • Direct hire opportunity Job Details Observe daily warehouse and logistics operations to understand material flow and standard work processes.
Develop, update, and maintain detailed work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), visual aids, and process documentation. Translate complex warehouse processes into easy-to-follow instructions for warehouse associates and new employees. Partner with warehouse supervisors, logistics personnel, manufacturing engineers, and quality teams to validate process accuracy. Document process improvements and recommend updates to improve efficiency, quality, and safety. Support inventory movement, receiving, shipping, storage, kitting, and material handling operations. Assist with assembly functions while ensuring proper documentation and process compliance. Utilize Oracle ERP to track inventory transactions, work orders, production activities, and material movement. Verify documentation accuracy and ensure work instructions reflect current operational practices. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles. Maintain compliance with semiconductor manufacturing standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations. Will be working in a warehouse environment to created work instructions for the warehouse staff. This candidate will observe, understand, and convey detailed work instructions.
