Job Description

Keurig Dr Pepper Supply Chain Analyst Burlington, MA Apply Job Overview:
Our Supply team is responsible for direct and indirect manufacturing to meet inventory requirements. Whether sourcing components, manufacturing finished goods, or negotiating with suppliers, the team collaborates across US and International locations to provide high quality products to our consumers. You will work with Demand, Sales, Order Management, and Commercial partners on effective production and fulfillment plans of medium-to-high complexity. You will help ensure manufacturing and distribution centers are aligned to weekly/monthly plans for execution. You will also develop supply plans as an input to the S&OP process. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing various standard and ad-hoc reporting requirements from the Planning team, providing data driven insights that inform critical supply decisions. Position Responsibilities:
Directly support supply chain teams with data driven insights and dashboards, to help make accurate decisions quickly Transform information to action that maximizes customer service, while being as efficient and cost mindful as possible Treat operational team members time as a valuable commodity, and reduce wasted effort to ensure focus is on highest value activities Build trust within and across the organization, become go to resource for accurate and digestible insights summarizing complex transactional environments Daily sku ownership for US based sku suppliers is required, making this a unique and challenging "Planalyst" opportunity Characteristics for Success Understands integrated supply chain business processes: from demand forecast, to manufacturing supply, to customer fulfillment Tenacity to discover true root causes of issues, and understand the cause-and-effect relationships within proposed solutions Ability to organize and lead cross functional teams to aligned solutions and paths forward Innate motivation to understand complex supply chain scenarios, and how to optimize Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Total Rewards:
Salary Range:
$62,500 - $88,000 Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or similar field preferred APICS certification and/or affiliation a plus Experience working with SAP required, including reporting/dashboard (PowerBI) infrastructure to provide insights Prior experience leading small projects 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, operations and/or analytics 2 years' experience in Excel (performing functions such as pivot tables, v look-up, etc.)
