Burlington, Massachusetts job type: Contract salary: $35 - 40 per hour work hours: 9 to 5 education: Bachelors responsibilities: With your acquired product and process knowledge you will: Identify, document and track data availabilityCoordinate activities based on data needs e.g. be in contact with suppliers, request supplier data, review and evaluate received supplier informationManage and evaluate the received supplier information in relevant databasesEvaluate materials based on chemical knowledgeliaise with various internal units such as supplier quality and site quality to compile information.liaise and interact with various internal sites also outside US.

qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor of Science in chemistry or equivalent.

Solid foundational knowledge of chemistry to review, evaluate, and interpret items such as supplier raw material data, chemical safety specifications, and quality records.1+ years experience and interest in working with databases such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Office 365 or other material management databases.

Preferred:

Masters degree.

Data Management Skills.

Quality background is an advantage.

A solution-focused thinking and customer-focused mindset.

Relevant work experience is an advantage.
