Job Description
Summary Defense Acquisition Support Services (DAS) is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Collector to support the LTSD program. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional with a strong aptitude for learning new systems, processing information accurately, and working in a fast-paced digital environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is motivated to learn, thrives in a structured environment, and can quickly adapt to new technologies and evolving business processes. Key Responsibilities Collect, review, validate, and maintain data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness. Enter, update, and manage information within government and enterprise systems. Learn and utilize SAP (LMP) and other government data management systems to support mission requirements. Analyze data for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues through research and coordination. Organize and process large volumes of digital information while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Support reporting requirements by compiling and preparing data for analysis. Follow established procedures, policies, and quality standards to ensure data integrity. Collaborate with government personnel and team members to support operational objectives. Continuously learn new systems, processes, and technologies as mission requirements evolve. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Approximately 2-4 years of professional experience in data collection, data management, administrative analysis, logistics support, or a related analytical role. Active Secret Security Clearance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies. Demonstrated ability to learn new software applications and enterprise systems quickly. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a Department of Defense or federal government environment. Familiarity with SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Experience working with digital records, databases, or inventory management systems. Knowledge of data quality assurance and information management best practices.
