Logistics Analyst

Job Description Job Description Greenfield Engineering, a Saalex Company is seeking a Logistics Analyst in Lexington Park, MD . The ideal candidate will provide integrated support to high-visibility Naval Aviation programs, multi-contract engineering efforts, and controlled RDT&E laboratory environments. The candidate will ensure secure, compliant, and efficient management of government property, avionics assets, developmental hardware/software, and sensitive materials across multiple sites.

$65k-$75k annually (depending on experience)

Work Location:
Onsite Essential Functions:

Logistics analysis, supply chain optimization, inventory control, and end-to-end material movement in support of engineering, test, and fleet readiness objectives. Modernize tracking systems and lab documentation protocols. Enforces strict RDT&E laboratory security protocols, manages controlled access environments, SIPR, and safeguards GFE and configuration-controlled assets through secure storage, chain-of-custody documentation, and compliance with DoD and Navy directives. Manages software and hardware configuration control across developmental and operational systems ensuring traceability throughout test cycles and supporting engineering teams with accurate documentation, equipment preparation, and accountability for prototype and operational assets. Other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements Required:

Minimum of 2 years' experience with DoD or Navy inventory tracking and asset management. Experience with coordinating shipments, equipment transfers, and lifecycle management of materials and equipment. Experience with DRMO disposition procedures, ITPR/ITSP procurement workflows, and Government Purchase Card (GPC) requirements. Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

Desired:

Experience with software and hardware configuration control across developmental and operational systems. Experience with CAED onboarding/offboarding processes.

Education:

BS/BA degree and 1 years related experience, OR AA/AS degree and 3 years related experience, OR HS and 5 years related experience.

Security Clearance:

Active Secret required.
