Job Description:

Blue Chip Talent , in partnership with a distribution-focused organization, is seeking a skilled Supply Planner . This role is responsible for managing inventory replenishment, analyzing forecasts and inventory trends, and partnering with suppliers to ensure product availability and supply continuity. Job Duties Monitor inventory performance and identify potential shortages or excess stock Manage inventory replenishment and purchasing activities for assigned products Analyze demand forecasts, inventory levels, and sales trends to support planning decisions Coordinate with suppliers to manage inbound shipments and resolve supply issues Execute planning and purchasing transactions within ERP systems Create inventory and forecasting reports using Excel Maintain inventory and item master data accuracy Support inventory optimization and service level objectives Required Skills & Experience 1-5 years of experience in inventory planning, supply planning, replenishment, purchasing, or demand planning Experience in making inventory and replenishment decisions Strong forecasting, inventory analysis, and reporting experience Experience with ERP or inventory management systems Strong Excel Reporting skills Experience working directly with suppliers and vendors Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field Desired Knowledge of fill rates, service levels, and inventory performance metrics Experience with safety stock, reorder points, or inventory optimization Exposure to procurement, logistics, or warehouse operations Blue Chip Talent is an award-winning and woman-owned talent solutions provider based out of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.
