Supply Chain Analyst Responsible for managing transportation operations, controlling freight spend, and optimizing logistics performance across the supply chain. This role partners with third-party logistics providers, finance, and internal business units to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and compliant transportation activities while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Including but not limited to: Transportation & Constraint Management Manage and analyze company transportation spend to ensure cost efficiency and budget alignment. Support cost studies and provide analysis to guide strategic sourcing and operational decisions. Coordinate among suppliers and plants to address supply chain disruptions such as supplier shortages, shipping delays or acts of god by securing alternate sourcing, expedite shipments and manage capacity issues Inform cross functional teams and provide recommendations regarding supplier relief request Manage large-value and international freight claims, coordinating with providers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution. Oversee cargo insurance processes and ensure shipments are properly protected based on value and risk exposure. Carrier & 3PL Management Contracts Maintain strong relationships with carriers and third-party logistics provider (3PL) to ensure service performance and issue resolution. Escalate operational or 3PL Provider service issues and work collaboratively to implement corrective actions. Support carrier selection and contract management initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred 2-4 Years experience in transportation contracts, or Material Planning & Logistics (MP&L) Experience with ERP systems; preferred SAP & Plex Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience working with carriers, 3PL providers, and freight claims Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
