We specialize in residential and light commercial sales, rental, service, and installation. Our family-owned and operated company has been providing customers with great quality water since 1972. We are an exclusive dealer of Kinetico water systems, the best performing, and longest-lasting water treatment product. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving our company's data-driven initiatives by performing data entry, analysis, and assisting in the development of business analytics strategies. You will monitor inventory movement, evaluate sales and demand trends, and implement replenishment strategies across our warehouses and distribution channels.
Responsibilities Inventory Analysis:
Track stock levels, forecast demand based on sales data, and order based on replenishments needs and trends.Inventory Reconciliation:
Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits, investigating discrepancies through root cause analysis to reconcile system records with physical stockOverall Data Analysis:
Analyze data across departments using Excel and other tools to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions and strategiesReporting:
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards across departments using Excel, Power BI, and other reporting tools to support business needs.Collaboration:
Partner across departments on inventory and other data analytics to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and deliver scalable analytics solutions.Continuous Improvement:
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.Training and Support:
Provide training and support to colleagues on data-related tools and processes.Qualifications Experience:
2-3 years' experience in related role preferredAnalytical Skills:
ability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.Communication:
