Job Description
Modular Manufacturing LLC is a new and growing small business looking for a dependable and organized Receiving Coordinator to join our team. This position plays an important role in keeping materials organized and moving efficiently so production stays on schedule. Responsibilities Receive and unload incoming materials and shipments Verify paperwork and inspect/audit materials Stock and organize materials throughout the facility Pull and prepare materials for assembly requests Request quotes and assist with purchase orders Operate a forklift to move materials safely and efficiently Palletize and prepare merchandise for movement or shipment Maintain accurate spreadsheets and records Communicate with production and other departments to ensure materials are available when needed Qualifications Reliable and dependable attendance Strong organization and attention to detail Basic computer and spreadsheet skills Ability to read and complete paperwork accurately Ability to safely operate a forklift or willingness to become trained Good communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Manufacturing, warehouse, receiving, or forklift experience is a plus Work Environment This position is primarily seated, with occasional standing, walking, lifting, and material handling. The role requires regular interaction with materials, paperwork, computers, forklifts, and the production team. Schedule 1st
