Job Description
Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Coordinator to support enterprise asset management operations. This individual will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory data, supporting audits, assisting with asset lifecycle processes, and serving as a key point of contact for hardware asset-related requests. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with large data sets, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Asset Inventory & Audit Management Conduct physical inventory audits and reconcile asset records Perform monthly HQ inventory audits Coordinate and support global inventory audit initiatives Maintain accurate, audit-ready asset records Partner with global teams on warehouse pulls, inventory reviews, and IT asset disposition (ITAD) events Asset Data Management Monitor asset data imports and identify discrepancies Track data quality metrics and escalate issues when necessary Perform ongoing data normalization and maintenance activities Update asset attributes including manufacturer, model, and asset classification Support regular asset data uploads and integrations with asset management platforms Oomnitza Rollout Support Assist with end-user adoption and rollout activities Support hardware asset tracking and data accuracy initiatives Collaborate with internal stakeholders during implementation efforts HAM Operations & Ticket Queue Support Respond to employee inquiries regarding assigned hardware assets Investigate and resolve asset assignment discrepancies Assist managers with hardware inventory and asset management questions Support daily operational requests related to hardware asset management Procurement & Purchase Request Support Review and triage hardware-related purchase requests Approve standard requests for peripherals, monitors, and mobile devices Escalate non-standard purchasing requests as appropriate Support Amazon ordering activities for domestic and international locations Communication & Stakeholder Support Monitor HAM collaboration channels and respond to partner requests Serve as a primary point of contact for Global Site Support teams Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders regarding inventory, purchasing, and asset lifecycle activities We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. - Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Exposure to platforms such as Oomnitza, Flexera, ServiceNow, or other asset management tools
