Job Description An exciting opportunity has become available for a Global Supply Chain Analyst to join our Global Supply Chain team. In this role, you will support global pandemic planning activities and help maintain a constant state of influenza pandemic readiness through robust planning, analysis, and collaboration across international teams. You will play a key role in supporting the Pandemic Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, developing analytical tools and dashboards, tracking critical materials, and providing insights that inform strategic supply chain decisions. This role will be based at our Tullamarine site in a hybrid capacity in Australia, but this role can also be based in Liverpool in the UK and Holly Springs in the USA. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance analytical tools, dashboards, and reporting solutions to support pandemic planning and decision-making. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to pandemic readiness and supply chain performance. Gather and analyze supply and demand assumptions across global sites to identify risks, opportunities, and cross-site synergies Support the pandemic S&OP cycle in partnership with commercial and site planning teams. Track critical raw materials, primary components, and intermediates to optimize inventory usage and minimize write-offs and expiries. Collaborate with Procurement, Sourcing, and Site Planning teams to support seasonal and non-seasonal supply requirements. Manage SAP planning data, including safety stock levels, exceptions, BOM changes, and lifecycle activities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain planning processes. About You You are a highly analytical supply chain professional who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment. You can confidently interpret complex data, influence stakeholders, and deliver practical solutions that support business objectives. To be successful, you will have: Bachelor's degree in business, Science, Supply Chain, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years' experience in a regulated pharmaceutical, biotechnology, scientific, or supply chain environment desirable. Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills. Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems. Experience with Power BI and advance skills in Excel Having a production planning background would be highly advantageous or a manufacturing background Experience with supply planning, materials management, or S&OP processes. The ability to work effectively with global stakeholders across multiple time zones. Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Experience with Kinaxis will be highly regarded. Why Join Us?
