Job Description The Process Improvement Engineer will: Analyze operational, manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, quality, maintenance, and customer service data to identify trends, risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools that provide visibility into key business and operational metrics. Partner with operational leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to understand business challenges and develop data-driven solutions. Validate and reconcile data from multiple systems to ensure accuracy and reliability of reporting outputs. Support continuous improvement initiatives through root cause analysis, performance measurement, and quantification of improvement opportunities. Deliver actionable recommendations that support capacity planning, production scheduling, labour planning, inventory management, supplier performance, and operational execution. Create presentations and reports that communicate complex findings in a clear and practical manner. Improve reporting processes, data governance practices, and analytics workflows to enhance efficiency and decision-making. Assist with the development of KPI frameworks and performance measurement standards across operational functions. Support operational reviews by providing timely insights and meaningful analysis. The Successful Applicant Key requirements include: Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics, operations analytics, manufacturing analytics, supply chain analytics, industrial engineering, or a similar field. Experience supporting operational environments such as manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, planning, quality, or customer operations. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or comparable tools. Experience using SQL and other data querying tools to extract and analyze information from multiple business systems. Strong understanding of operational metrics, process improvement methodologies, and performance measurement. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work with large, complex datasets while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Experience with ERP, MRP, MES, WMS, CRM, CMMS, or quality management systems is highly desirable. Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and operational excellence principles is advantageous.
