- Generating orders as well as creating and maintaining inventory plans.
- Provide analytical support to supply chain projects and initiatives.
- Manage on-going business needs.
- Assist Planning and Supply Chain management in meeting designated metrics.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Business preferred or equivalent job-related experience; Customer Service experience; Order Management expertise
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service/vendor service
- Strong written communication and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Analytical and research skills
