to ours Key responsibilities for this position include: Utilize analytical tools, systems, data, and reports to identify and lead service improvements, supply chain initiatives, and cost-saving opportunities with strategic customers. Develop collaborative supply chain partnerships with customers to maximize growth opportunities and create competitive advantage. Lead the development of value-added supply chain services that improve order profiles, distribution efficiency, forecast accuracy, and order fill rates. Partner with customers and internal teams to align and improve key performance metrics across demand planning, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and sales. Develop and lead analytical reporting initiatives that identify, quantify, and track internal and external improvement opportunities. Identify scalable customer solutions and partner with Sales, Distribution, Transportation, Finance, and Supply Chain Planning to implement multi-customer initiatives. Requirements From your STORY to ours Qualified applicants will contribute the following: Education Associate's Degree or equivalent experience (5 years) required. Bachelor's degree in business preferred. Experience 3+ years of relevant professional experience in analytical, operational, or customer-facing business roles within a manufacturing or supply chain environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
