This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending logistics coordination, data analysis, and process improvement in a fast-paced, product-driven environment. You will play a key role in managing international inbound shipments, maintaining ERP and inventory data, supporting vendor and logistics coordination, and providing analytical insights related to costs, inventory movement, and supply chain performance. Responsibilities Supply Chain & Logistics Support Coordinate inbound international shipments with import partners and logistics providers Track shipments from collection through delivery and provide timely updates to stakeholders Monitor shipment status, resolve routine issues, and escalate risks or delays as needed Maintain accurate purchase order and inbound delivery data within ERP systems Support reconciliation of receiving documentation and assist in resolving discrepancies with vendors, procurement, accounting, and warehouse teams Help monitor importer and logistics partner performance through delivery tracking and exception reporting Operational Process Improvement Support analysis of supply chain workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities Maintain and enhance shipment tracking tools, dashboards, and operational reporting Assist with implementation of process improvements related to logistics, documentation, and inventory movement Provide insights based on recurring issues, delays, or data inconsistencies Financial & Analytical Support Support analysis related to inventory, purchasing activity, and cost of goods sold (COGS) Track vendor payment timing tied to shipment milestones Assist with freight, tariff, and vendor invoice processing and tracking Partner with Accounting and Finance to help assess cash flow timing impacts related to inbound inventory Systems, Reporting & Inventory Support Maintain accurate data in ERP systems (NetSuite experience a plus), including purchase orders, shipments, and invoices Generate recurring and ad hoc reports related to inventory flow and supply chain performance Support inventory reconciliation and help resolve discrepancies between system records and physical inventory Contribute to inventory and operations projects, data cleanup initiatives, and cross-functional process improvements Requirements Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2-4 years of experience in supply chain operations, finance, business analysis, or related areas Experience with procurement, inventory management, or logistics operations strongly preferred Advanced Excel skills required Experience working with ERP systems required; NetSuite preferred Experience with business intelligence or reporting tools is a plus Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities Experience in retail, merchandising, or product-driven environments preferred

Monday -Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm (one day remote)
