Monitor supply chain risks and opportunities and communicate impacts to the organization.
Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with suppliers while ensuring a professional and consistent approach to supplier management.
Manage exception reports to ensure material availability aligns with the production master schedule.
Track supplier acknowledgments, order status, and deliveries to ensure on-time receipt of critical materials and components.
Support the Procurement team in executing, tracking, and communicating quotations and proposals associated with customer and sales requirements.
Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve purchase order, invoice, quantity, and pricing discrepancies.
Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supplier performance, material availability, and procurement effectiveness.
Utilize real-time and historical data to perform analysis and support decision-making related to supply chain planning and execution.
Support supplier qualification and onboarding activities.
Serve as a liaison between suppliers and internal departments, including Sales, Engineering, Production, Scheduling, and Operations.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to achieve overall business goals.
Support additional supply chain, procurement, and planning activities as required.

ABOUT THE
ROLEThe Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for the procurement and coordination of materials, equipment, and services required to support business operations. This role manages the sourcing process, including issuing requests for quotations (RFQs), evaluating supplier proposals, reviewing supplier terms and conditions, and issuing purchase orders for assigned commodities. The Supply Chain Analyst is accountable for ensuring materials and services are delivered on time, meeting quality requirements, and aligning with budget objectives. This position also supports Buyers and Senior Buyers in maintaining key procurement and supply chain performance metrics, including on-time delivery, purchase order accuracy, and schedule alignment. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESPurchase goods, components, materials, and services in support of manufacturing and business operations. WHAT WERE LOOKING
FORMinimum of 5 years of experience in Planning or Supply Chain functionsHighly motivated with the ability to work independentlyBachelors degree in business or related field is strongly preferredExperience in a project environment with knowledge of ASME gas compression air cooled heat exchangers is preferredCertified Purchasing Manager (CPM), Certified Purchasing Professional (C.P.P), Certified Professional Purchasing Manager (C.P.P.M), or equivalent certifications in the Purchasing field are a plusStrong knowledge of ERP systems, and MRP-II principles Proficient in Microsoft suite of productsExcellent analytical and negotiation skillsSuperior communications, interpersonal and presentation skills with influencing and persuasive abilitiesDemonstrated experience in reducing costMust be able to work in an extremely fast paced environment, be organized, be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and respond quickly to problemsWHY JOIN EADS
