Pay Rate:
$22-25/hour Primary Responsibilities Customer Data & Master Data Management Maintain customer, stockholder, supplier, product, carrier, and terminal master data within terminal management systems. Process customer, supplier, carrier, and account setup requests in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain account structures, loading permissions, product authorizations, and related terminal system configurations. Support customer onboarding activities associated with new business opportunities and terminal acquisitions. Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of customer and operational data. Inventory & Settlement Support Support inventory reconciliation and settlement processes for terminal operations. Review and investigate inventory discrepancies, transaction exceptions, and gain/loss variances. Assist in the preparation and validation of month-end close activities and reporting requirements. Support inventory allocation reviews, adjustments, and reconciliation efforts. Partner with Operations, Scheduling, Measurement & Quality, and Commercial teams to resolve inventory-related issues. Reporting & Analysis Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders. Analyze operational, inventory, and transactional data to identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities. Assist in the development and maintenance of reporting tools, spreadsheets, dashboards, and data analysis resources. Prepare and submit required regulatory volumetric reporting. Operational Support & Issue Resolution Respond to customer and internal business inquiries related to account maintenance, inventory transactions, and terminal activities. Investigate and resolve terminal loading, account configuration, and transaction processing issues. Coordinate with cross-functional business teams to support operational continuity and customer service objectives. Assist with bill of lading corrections, inventory inquiries, and exception management activities. Trucking Carrier & Compliance Administration Support carrier onboarding activities and maintain required carrier documentation. Assist with annual insurance verification and related record maintenance. Maintain terminal access agreements and supporting operational documentation. Ensure compliance with established business procedures and internal controls. Projects & Continuous Improvement Participate in system implementation, upgrade, testing, and validation activities. Support terminal acquisitions, business integrations, and new customer implementations. Assist with process automation, workflow optimization, and data cleanup initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, and data governance practices. Qualifications Required High School Diploma or equivalent. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment. Due to month-end close requirements, PTO and extended absences are generally not permitted during the first three business days of each month, except in extenuating circumstances. Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience supporting terminal operations, logistics, inventory management, data analysis, settlements, customer service, or related operational functions. Experience working with terminal management systems or operational data systems. Knowledge of petroleum, liquid storage, terminal, transportation, or logistics operations. What Success Looks Like Accurate and timely maintenance of customer and operational data. Successful execution of inventory reconciliation and settlement activities. Effective support of monthly close deadlines and reporting requirements. Resolution of operational issues through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Continuous improvement of data quality, reporting capabilities, and business processes. Additional Responsibilities Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
