CIRCULATION RETENTION ANALYST

The Las Vegas Review-Journal is seeking a Circulation Retention Analyst to support customer relationships, subscriber retention strategies, and circulation operations. Responsibilities include executing subscriber stop-save and win-back initiatives aligned with company goals and performance metrics, processing daily transactions, preparing reports, supporting operational functions, and coordinating of Newspapers in Education program activities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of providing excellent customer service and communication while managing multiple responsibilities

Required Skills:

Proficient in MS Office Suite, intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel Must be able to multitask and support multiple projects and be well-organized Strong organizational and analytical skills This position is Las Vegas-based, with a hybrid schedule that includes 3 in-office days Must be able to pass in all relevant ways drug screen and background check We offer a generous benefits plan that includes a 401(k) with a company match.
