About the Role The position has the main objective of processing customers' orders in the division ensuring timely and accuratepletion from entry to customer's receipt in order to consistently meet or exceed customer's expectations. The position must anticipate product availability challenges from both US and China product sourcing by building and maintaining efficientmunication network with team members involved in most of HBB locations while responding directly to customers demands. This position is the most responsible for measuring and driving best-in-class customer service in the division. This is a hybrid position based in Miami, Florida, and will report to Director, Sales- LATAM. What You'll Do
  • Manage customer orders end‑to‑end, including entry, modifications, inventory vetting, order drops, and full fulfillment follow‑through.
  • Monitor product availability, anticipate shortages, and coordinate actions to resolve back‑order and supply issues across the division.
  • Oversee open orders through delivery, maintaining consistentmunication with warehouses, distribution teams, and customers to ensure accurate, on‑time shipments.
  • Maintain updated country‑level forecasts aligned with customer needs and business requirements.
  • Track DI order status, support customer documentation needs, and ensure accuracy between DI invoicing and actual shipments to prevent discrepancies.
  • Coordinate required customer documentation, including Certificates of Origin, labelingpliance (Ecuador), and VASR job creation for PriceSmart and Sam's Club.
  • Support claims, invoicing, pricing maintenance, and reporting, including price adjustments, monthly/quarterly customer reports, and FTZ documentation.
  • Provide administrative and operational support such as call handling, Logility monitoring, PowerPoint creation, and maintaining client pricing lists. What We're Looking For
  • College degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in demand planning and customer operations, with a focus on sales and distribution in the region, is preferred.
  • Ability to integrate, coordinate and drive inter-disciplinary teams' members to perform successfully.
  • Experience in the durable goods industry with shipments into Latin America is preferred.
  • Bilingual English Spanish is required.
  • Proficiency in Excel is required.
  • Experience in customer service/operations/demand/planning with customersmon to HBB is preferred.
