Hybrid What you will do The Customer Supply Chain Analyst will partner with the customer and internal supply chain teams to help optimize the end-to-end supply chain with a focus on network cost and service. The Customer Supply Chain Analyst will process incoming orders, manage logistics and conduct detailed analysis on order and supply chain issues utilizing advanced systems and tools. The Customer Supply Chain Analyst will implement process improvements through cross-functional collaboration as well as partnering with customers to drive achievement of organizational metrics and customer goals.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and leverage key business relationships to understand the customer expectations and internal policies/capabilities to proactively manage the business to meet customer expectations. Identify, plan and implement end-to-end solutions that improve service and cost and or implement new capabilities Deliver innovation to enable our business through the effective use of technology. Analyze, recommend, and implement modifications to customer purchasing patterns and Kenvue Network and products for optimal service and improved logistics efficiencies Drive process and systems improvements that positively impact order management, inventory management, and dashboard measures Participate in the design & support customer specific supply chain joint business planning, and Retail Customer Logistics' Strategic Tactics which further our mission of being a best-in-class customer facing supply chain organization Find opportunities to develop transportation solutions to improve on-time delivery and drive profitable growth through logistics, replenishment, and policy optimization. Help resolve escalated discrepancies relating to data integrity, shipping issues, and trade pricing/promotional management through root cause identification and corrective actions Learn and utilize new technology to drive proactive business planning, accurate and timely analytics, and efficiency Identify and implement innovative solutions using process excellence tools and methodologies that help shape our programmatic approach within the E2E supply chain Utilize Microsoft and other Advanced Analytics applications, data mining as well as business applications such as: SAP, BW, EDI, Celonis and ERP Systems Process customer incoming orders and manage logistics to optimize cost and service and will conduct detailed analysis on order and supply chain issues utilizing advanced systems and tools. Execute and consolidate opportunities for promotional and base business orders. Proactively manage order fulfillment to meet customer demand through integration with operating company, distribution, and planning/forecasting. Resolve customer discrepancies relating to data integrity, shipping issues, and trade pricing/promotional management. What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required Minimum of 2-3 years of related work experience required Solid problem-solving and analytical skills required Proficiency with MS Office, including advanced Excel required. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI, etc.) required. Ability to travel up to 10% Preferred Qualifications Experience with developing digital solutions preferred. Strong collaboration and communication skills with experience working on multi-functional teams preferred SAP experience preferred Demonstrated ability and desire to learn and optimize new systems and applications preferred. A customer-centric mindset, with customer-facing working experience is preferred Experience working in the End-to-End Supply Chain (Sourcing, Planning, Manufacturing, Transportation, Distribution, Customer Service) is preferred Business applications preferred, such as BW, EDI, Celonis or other ERP Systems Process Excellence training or certification such as Lean, Six Sigma is preferred. Strong project management skills are preferred. What's in it for you Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges: $72,675.00 - $102,600.00 This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
