Supports demand forecasting, inventory management, data analysis, KPI reporting, and Kinaxis forecasting for the IBP process. Partners cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to improve forecast accuracy and support business planning.
Main responsibilities:
Manage key activities within Kinaxis, including NPIs, SKU forecast disaggregation, and pricing maintenance. Drive forecast accuracy and bias improvements through reporting, statistical models, business insights, and marketing strategies. Prepare monthly consumption and shipment reports/models across all brands. Support inventory reduction and customer service goals while aligning with long-term business strategy. Provide timely and accurate item-level forecasts to production planners. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other teams to integrate business strategies into the demand plan. Analyze forecast accuracy, POS trends, inventory, and shipment forecasts, identify issues, recommend solutions, and support continuous improvement.
About you:
Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of experience in demand planning, manufacturing, inventory control, or analytics. Experience with Kinaxis and/or SAP preferred; other ERP system experience is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and able to quickly learn new systems. Strong written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills. Strong collaboration and teamwork skills with the ability to work cross-functionally. Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
