What You'll Be Doing:
Developing control dashboards to automate freight analysis and identify transportation savings. Analyzing vendor compliance and freight recovery opportunities. Supporting transportation strategy, reporting, and logistics process improvement initiatives. Provide updates, escalate issues and make improvement recommendations to management. Support the team with data entry and administrative duties Manage product flow using appropriate planning tools for assigned facilities. Work with the third-party operators to balance operational and shipping needs while understanding both the customer service needs for product as well as the third party's operational constraints. Inform the supply planners of issues and work with distribution management and the third party to resolve issues.
Cost & Operational Analysis:
Support the analysis of freight, storage, handling, repacking and other logistics costs, helping identify opportunities to reduce cost-to-serve and improve operational efficiency.
Data Quality & Process Control:
Review operational data for accuracy and completeness and help create standardized trackers, procedures and controls that improve visibility and reduce errors.
Continuous Improvement:
Participate in projects aimed at inventory optimization, logistics efficiency, process documentation and operational improvement. Maintain excel spreadsheet and basic reports
What We're Looking For:
Recent graduate or final-year student in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Operations Management or a related field. Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, data validation and basic analytical modeling. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large amounts of operational data. High level of organization, accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to identify inconsistencies in data and proactively follow up until they are resolved. Comfortable working with multiple priorities and coordinating with internal teams and external logistics partners. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proactive attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn. English required; Spanish would be a plus.
Nice to have:
Experience with AI or visualization tools. Previous internship, work or academic experience involving inventory, logistics, operations or data analytics. Why Join Us? ????
