Hybrid at Austin, TX/Fremont, CA/Seattle, WA Role Summary The ODM Materials Manager will own material readiness, supply continuity, and production execution with assigned ODM partners across server and infrastructure hardware programs. This role serves as the client's single point of accountability for ODM material planning, Commit-to-Build execution, and risk recovery to support global data center buildout schedules. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end ODM partner engagement for material readiness, production planning, and supply execution. Drive MRP alignment, CTB cycles, material availability tracking, and shortage escalation against build plans. Partner with commodity management, NPI, logistics, PO management, engineering, and procurement teams to resolve constraints. Translate supply risks into actionable recovery plans and concise leadership updates. Drive accountability with external partners to maintain on-time delivery and operational discipline. Minimum Qualifications 8+ years of experience in materials management, supply planning, manufacturing operations, or related supply chain roles. Strong experience managing complex BOMs in high-volume manufacturing environments. Hands-on experience working with ODM planning and procurement teams. Strong analytical, communication, conflict management, and stakeholder coordination Hyperscale, cloud infrastructure, data center, ODM, or EMS experience strongly preferred. skills.
