Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to support our team in driving efficient and productive initiatives with 3PL providers. Our team plays a critical role in strategic analysis, contract management, and operational execution to enable key business goals across supply chain and logistics functions.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain templates for benchmarking locations, rates, building specifications, equipment, and volumes to streamline bid reviews and support data-driven decisions. Organize and manage the 3PL contract repository, ensuring updates are properly documented, communicated, and stored efficiently for easy accessibility. Facilitate cross-functional communication regarding rate changes and contract updates, coordinating between internal and external partners to ensure alignment. Analyze large datasets for contract negotiations, benchmark reporting, and rate/contract adjustments, providing actionable insights and maintaining data integrity throughout the process.

Required:

5-10 years of validated experience in project analysis/management within supply chain, logistics, operations, analytics, or a related field. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including expertise with data analysis tools and functions. Strong data visualization skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint for executive presentations and business reviews. Proven ability to handle large volumes of data accurately, identify inconsistencies, and consistently follow structured processes while maintaining data integrity.
