Division Information The Home & Garden business unit of Spectrum Brands is based in St. Louis, Missouri with distribution, manufacturing and sales offices throughout the US and globe. We are a leading supplier of consumer products nationally for the home, lawn and garden, insect and weed control markets. Job Summary In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for monitoring and reporting on Supply Chain performance for one of our most important customers - Walmart. You'll turn data into insights, giving the business clear visibility into key KPIs, performance trends, and potential risks before they become issues. You'll also lead our vendor compliance program and reporting,helping ensure we stay on track and on target. Ultimately, your work will play a key role in delivering the service levels our customers expect and raising the bar for how we show up every day. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison between internal supply planning teams and customer-facing teams
Track and report on purchase orders daily for assigned divisions
Act as the subject matter expert for customer routing, shipping, and on-time delivery execution
Monitor and report on On Time / In Full (OTIF) performance, including identifying potential risks and fines
Own and manage fill rate performance tracking
Maintain supply chain performance dashboards and reporting across multiple metrics
Manage and update the weekly Operations & Sales (OS) dashboard for assigned divisions
Lead weekly cross-functional OS meetings to align on performance, risks, and priorities
Support the forecasting process, including identifying and communicating supply risks at the SKU level
Monitor finished goods inventory and safety stock levels to reduce excess and obsolescence risk
Lead coordination for SKU/variant transitions, ensuring timing alignment and minimizing obsolete inventory
Partner with Sales and Replenishment teams on decisions, projects, and ad hoc initiatives
Participate in supply chain projects focused on reducing costs and improving customer outcomes
Work with EPA registrations, ensuring all SKUs meet distribution requirements
Manage and respond to returns, over/short, and damage claims in collaboration with replenishment teams Education and Experience Profile Role NOT eligible for sponsorship
Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
Experience working with Walmart is required
Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible experience in supply chain, logistics, transportation, forecasting, sales analysis is required
The following systems/applications experience are required: ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Retail Link (Scintilla)
MS Excel and PowerPoint - Intermediate
