Job Description

McNairn Packaging Supply Chain Analyst Westfield, MA Apply The Supply Chain Analyst ? Manufacturing supports ACR?s manufacturing operations by providing data driven insights to improve cost, service, and operational performance. This role is responsible for developing cost estimates for new and changing business, maintaining and analyzing forecasts tied to business changes, and building, maintaining, and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) across manufacturing operations. This position is hybrid and requires weekly on-site presence in one our manufacturing site in Westfield, MA (McNairn Packaging). How you will make an impact in this role: Develop detailed cost estimates for new business, product changes, and volume shifts. Analyze manufacturing cost drivers (labor, materials, overhead, capacity) and communicates impacts to the Supply Chain Manager and cross-functional- stakeholders. Support scenario modeling for capacity, cost, and service trade-offs tied to changes in business. Track, analyze, and maintain manufacturing forecasts related to demand changes, new business wins/losses, and mix shifts. Partner with demand planning, manufacturing leadership, and commercial teams to ensure forecast changes are understood and reflected in production and capacity plans. Monitor forecast accuracy and identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Collect, validate, and analyze manufacturing data across safety, quality, service, cost, and productivity metrics. Build, maintain, and continuously improve manufacturing KPIs and dashboards that provide clear, actionable visibility. Support standardization of KPI definitions and reporting across the manufacturing network. Identify performance gaps and partner with operations leaders to support root cause analysis and corrective actions. Develop recurring and ad-hoc reports to support manufacturing reviews, S&OP / IBP discussions, and leadership updates. Ensure data integrity across systems and reporting tools.
