Supply Chain Analytics Lead Location:
Boston, MA - Hybrid, 3 days on-site per week Position Summary We are seeking a Supply Chain Analytics Lead to drive analytics, performance reporting, and operational insights within a regulated pharmaceutical/biotechnology manufacturing environment. This role will support supply chain planning, materials operations, logistics, inventory, and performance management. The ideal candidate brings strong Excel analytics and modeling expertise, KPI analysis, Power BI experience, and supply chain knowledge . Experience supporting Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT) operations is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Supply Chain Analytics & KPI Management Develop and maintain supply chain KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and operational performance reports. Perform advanced Excel analysis and modeling to evaluate inventory, planning, logistics, capacity, and operational performance. Analyze KPI trends, identify performance gaps, and recommend actionable improvements. Translate complex operational data into clear insights for leadership and cross-functional teams. Develop management reporting for supply chain and site performance reviews. Data Analytics & Business Intelligence Build and enhance dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI and Excel . Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, cost drivers, and improvement opportunities. Automate recurring reporting and reduce manual data-management activities. Improve data quality, reporting consistency, and analytical processes. Logistics & Operational Performance Analyze warehousing, transportation, inventory accuracy, service levels, and logistics performance. Support 3PL performance measurement and operational reporting. Conduct spend analysis, cost modeling, and optimization assessments. Support continuous improvement initiatives across planning, materials, manufacturing, and logistics operations. Required Qualifications 4-6+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, operations analytics, planning, logistics, or business intelligence . Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including analytical modeling and complex data analysis. Hands-on experience developing and analyzing KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards . Experience with Power BI and business intelligence/reporting tools. Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory, logistics, planning, and operational performance. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to present data-driven recommendations to leadership. Preferred Qualifications Experience within Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT) operations. Pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing experience. Experience working in a cGMP-regulated environment . Experience with ERP systems, spend analysis, financial modeling, or cost optimization. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Ready to make an impact?
