Position Responsibilities:

• Track and Document all Covered and In Transit loads on CapLink's load board
• Call & email to relay any issues or notes relating to our Carrier Partners
• Maintain constant communication and visibility of in transit shipments to stay ahead of any potential service issues
• Answer any costumer or carrier questions or emails in a timely manner
• Help with carriers that need Lumpers or other miscellaneous items
• Manage daily updates to ensure drivers are tracking for on-time pickup and delivery
• Retain the integrity and accuracy in company TMS system and other softwares

Position Requirements:

• 1+ year(s) in logistics brokerage experience recommended
• Strong communication skills
• Understanding of Microsoft Office products
• Ability to multi-task and stay ahead of potential issues
• Persistant demeanor on a daily/weekly basis
