Job Description

Summary:
Supply Chain Analyst will lead all data analysis and system maintenance of the system. This position leads the item master and supplier dictionary, EDI and dashboard platforms for order confirmation, supplier compliance, recall, and annual inventory process. Partners with the buying and distribution team to maintain accurate data integrity and system requirements.
Education/Experience:
1-4 years' experience as a buyer in healthcare/or relative supply chain experience/ and or relevant 4-year college business degree. APIC or other supply chain qualifications preferred but not required.
Skills and Abilities:
Familiar with acceptable supply chain and buying procedures. Intermediary excel, Microsoft office, and system skills. Knowledge and ability of Meditech or equivalent buying system. Ability to utilize sound interpersonal skills when interacting and taking into consideration cultural background, linguistic skills, and age of customers. Good communication and analytical skills required. Maintains information confidential (HIPAA) Demonstrated customer service skills Ability to work cooperatively with peers and other disciplines Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with peers and other interdisciplinary teams. Minimal supervisions with motivation and self-direction to attain daily and annual tactical and strategic goals. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles preferred. Advanced system skills such as excel, or the buying system preferred. Motivation and self-direction, minimal supervision. Professional accountability
