Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic facilities team as a Maintenance Specialist and become a vital part of ensuring the safety, functionality, and efficiency of our building operations. In this role, you will provide maintenance management and materiel readiness support to
USARCENT G4
in support of theater-level logistics operations. Monitors and analyzes maintenance and equipment readiness information, identifies trends and potential readiness issues, and develops reports, briefings, assessments, and other decision-support products for logistics leadership.
Responsibilities :
Support maintenance management, materiel readiness, and equipment readiness activities in support of
USARCENT
operational requirements. Monitor and analyze maintenance and readiness information to identify trends, systemic issues, risks, and potential impacts to operational readiness. Support maintenance planning and coordination associated with exercises, contingency operations, and other mission requirements. Develop and maintain maintenance reports, readiness assessments, metrics, trackers, briefings, and other analytical products. Coordinate maintenance requirements and issues with appropriate
USARCENT
staff organizations, subordinate organizations, program personnel, and other logistics stakeholders. Support compliance with applicable DoD and Army maintenance policies, procedures, safety requirements, and technical guidance. Identify maintenance process gaps and opportunities for improvement and develop recommendations to enhance maintenance efficiency, equipment availability, and materiel readiness. Provide maintenance-related analysis and recommendations to support logistics planning and command decision-making.
Skills :
Relevant military maintenance, materiel readiness, logistics, or maintenance management experience preferred. Experience monitoring and analyzing equipment maintenance and readiness information preferred. Experience developing maintenance reports, readiness assessments, metrics, briefings, or other decision-support products preferred. Knowledge of applicable Army maintenance management policies, procedures, and readiness requirements preferred. Experience supporting operational, exercise, or contingency maintenance requirements preferred. Experience working with Army logistics organizations, subordinate units, program personnel, or other maintenance stakeholders preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
Pay:
From $24.40 per hour

Experience:
